Edit My Art 2025.10: THRILLS AND CHILLS (Optional) (4 Images)

This is a REAL TIME contest open to all FAA artists and members who can read directions.
To give you time to create, it runs two weeks for submissions with a one week voting phase.
The Suggested THEME is OPTIONAL. Just an added element to challenge yourself or focus your thoughts. Images won't be removed for not being on the optional theme, but all images MUST INCLUDE some element from my own work. (Yes, you read that right.)

PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS AND FOLLOW THESE ABSOLUTE RULES FOR A VALID ENTRY:

1: SOURCE
You MUST CHOOSE AND EDIT any one or more image/s from art in the ONLY A FINE DAY portfolio.

Just select something found ANYWHERE in my ONLY A FINE DAY images or collections and modify it, however you want. You may submit up to four (4) images.

PERMISSION to modify EXPIRES with the conclusion of the contest; however, once made and notated, the resulting image is yours although it and any offshoots MUST retain proper credit and notations (SEE Rule 2).

2) DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENT

Your description should include the following text:
Image “[Name of source image/s goes here] used with permission of Only A Fine Day.'

3) STYLE REQUIREMENT

Any traditional and digital methods are allowed except 100% A.I. (Artificial Intelligence).
You may use AI, but only as tool or assistant. Your final image must have your human input. I want to see YOUR imagination, not a computer construct.

4) GO TO THE CONTEST DISCUSSION “FOOTNOTES” TAB.

-Post my original work using EMBED Codes and URL link so everybody can see what you started with.
-Post your derivative work based on that original using EMBED Codes and URL link so everybody can be amazed at your imagination.
-Add comments to describe how you got there.

OKAY, Rule 4 is NOT AN ABSOLUTE RULE, but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Besides it's fun, educational, and you'll get my vote provided all other rules are followed.

Be inspired. Be creative.
Draw it, paint it, modify it, collage it, deconstruct it, blend it, whatever and however you are moved.
I'm pretty flexible on what you do as long as I can recognize that you started with MY art.
If you distort it beyond recognition, you definitely need to tell me what you did in the contest discussion tab, or risk image removal.
If an image has or needs to have privacy settings... well, don't submit that one.

BE AWARE – Causes for removal of entry.
***Any artwork not rooted in one of my images WILL be removed from the contest. (Rule 1)
***Any artwork that ignores Rule 2 will be considered either plagiaristic or a breach of Fair Use or both and will be removed. I will comment on all valid entries with a “Best of Luck” statement, which supports my written permission.
***Any artwork uploaded before the start of the contest date will be removed from the contest, except on occasion, for cause, and by request. (Previous entries are always welcome if not first place finishers.)
***And overall, IF IT MAKES MY MOTHER BLUSH, IT'S NOT ALLOWED.
***You may promote the contest as a whole, but NO Soliciting Votes for any particular image!

THRILLS AND CHILLS might be scary spooky things for Halloween or maybe something exciting, like a roller coaster. Maybe THRILLS for fun. Or maybe CHILLY nights around the bonfire. THRILL me or CHILL me. Your choice.
